We’ve teamed up with Charity concierge to make festival life easier. There are three options so you pick the one that suits your weekend.
Turn up, hire, go.
Don’t waste energy carrying
all your camping gear from the car park to the campsite when you can hire a festival trolley
and ease the load!
Where: Charity Concierge Hub, General Car Park -
look for the purple gazebo and the team in purple t-shirts
When: First-come, first-served, no booking needed.
Opening hours are Thurs 2 - 9pm; Fri 8am - 7pm; Sat CLOSED; Sun 7am - 6pm; Mon 7am - 12pm.
How long: By the hour, or the whole weekend
Price: £10/hour or £70/weekend
Deposit: £100 (paid by card on collection,
refunded on return)
How it works: Find our hub on arrival, give us a few details, pay the £100 security deposit, and your trolley is yours for as long as you need it. When you’re done, return it to the same hub you collected it from, no later than 12pm on Monday. We’ll work out your hire cost and refund the rest of your deposit - allow up to 10 working days for refunds to come back to you.
Sorted before you arrive, ready when you need it.
Prefer to book ahead? If you’re a day ticket holder, you can reserve a trolley for a single day and
collect it from our Day Visitor Gate hub - perfect if you’re not staying the full weekend or just
want one less thing to think about on arrival.
Where: Charity Concierge Hub, Day Visitor Gate Entrance
When: Pre-book only. Collection either Friday, Saturday or Sunday from 9:30am –
3:00pm. You must return the trolley on the same day from between 5:00pm – 11:30pm.
How: Book using this online form
Price: £60 for the day
Deposit: £40 (paid online at time of booking, refunded on return)
How it works: Pre-book online with your name, contact details, collection day and
time and an expected return time. Both the £60 hire fee and £40 deposit are taken at booking. On the
day, bring your confirmation email to collect. Your trolley must be returned to the
same hub the same day, between 5pm and 11:30pm.
Save the lil ones’ legs! Sorted before you arrive, ready when you need it.
Hire a sturdy Charity Concierge wagon for the entire weekend - pop the kids in and off you go for a
tantrum-free (hopefully!) weekend.
Where: Collect from your chosen Charity Concierge Hub: General Car Park, Campervan
Field, Tangerine Fields, or Green Yurts
When: Pre-book only, for the full weekend.
How: Book using this online form
Price: £80 for the weekend
Deposit: £50 (paid online at time of booking, refunded on return)
How it works: Pre-book online with your name, contact details, collection hub, day
and time. We’ll take the £80 hire fee and £50 deposit at booking. Bring your confirmation email with
you to collect. When you’re finished, return your wagon to the same hub you collected it from, no
later than 12pm on Monday, and we’ll refund your £50 deposit. .
